Ikat nails

Ikat is a design on fabric which is very popular when it comes to clothing but now they are a very easy and cool looking nail art design. I found this design really easy to do and you don't not need much specialised equipment. 

To do this design I used a green, pink, white, a black nail art pen and a small dotting tool or brush.

Paint the green as the base

Using the pink just add some patches around the nail

Using the nail art pen scribble up and down around the border of the pink

Add a scribble to the middle

Using a dotting tool or a small brush add some white to the middle of the black in the middle
