What I Have For Breakfast

I am the type of person that says I eat healthy however in truth it happens more in stages. Some days all I eat is healthy food and sometimes even go extreme with the kale and spinach, but to be honest the majority of days I don't even bother. This is why lately I have been eating a healthy breakfast.


At the beginning of the week I buy a large container of raspberries, I then seperate them into little sandwich bags and freeze them.  



I use my Elgento Ultra blend for this, however you could use any other blender or I have used the nutri bullet before. 

All I do in the morning is get out a packet of raspberries, semi skimmed milk and chocolate milkshake powder.  



Its so easy to do just add the raspberries then enough milk to cover them then just add a few tea spoons of milkshake powder.






Just blend all the ingredients together,



This is what I have for breakfast every day, sometimes I use bananas instead but i don't freeze them. The reason I add the milkshake powder is to just add some chocolate flavour, I know its not completely healthy but it is better for you than just a normal chocolate milkshake. The frozen raspberries add a nice chill to the drink.
