Its a new year so its a new me. A new years resolution of mine was to eat more healthier.
I have tried multiple products and food goods but these three are by far my favourite.
I bought the Chai seeds and banana chips online from a website called grape tree after buying some products from one of their stores in Dorset.
Chai Seeds are known as a wonder product, the are so easy to use in recipes and the taste of nothing but have so many health benefits.
They are high in antioxidants which have various benefits for health.
Almost all of the carbohydrates in chai seeds are fibre, this gives them the ability to absorb 10-12 times their weight in water.
High in protein, much higher than most plant foods
They stop cravings so you eat less bad food such as chocolate or crisp.
They are high in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and protein.
Chai seeds lower blood pressure,
and can improve exercise performance more than energy drinks.
Banana Chips are a great way of getting an extra bang on nutrients and flavour into a bowl of muesli or grains. I also eat them just as a snack instead of an unhealthy option.
I have also cut out drinking all fizzy drinks to cut down on sugar and for the rare occasions I eat chocolate I now only eat dark.
I have a few recipes and ideas including these ingredients so if you would like to see some of them let me know and I will post some. My favorite is a soup with Chai seeds in from +Om Nom Ally , it tastes amazing!
