Children in need nails and fun

Incase you don't live in the uk BBC Children in Need is a BBC uk charity. Since 1980 it has raised over £600 million to change the lives of disabled children and young people in the UK. Once a year they do a massive tv show to raise money for the charity. Pudsey Bear is BBC Children in Need's mascot

This tutorial is for cute Pudsey nails

First paint your nails white and your ring finger yellow.

Using a dotting tool add yellow blue and red dots to all of the white nails.

Using a white nail polish paint across the nail like shown.

Using a black nail art pen draw an upside down triangle for the nose, a cute little smile and an eye.

Using the same colours as on the other nails add dots to the bandanna.

This is the finished nail designs its so cute, I did these on my mum so that isn't my hand and her nails are nicer than mine.

This is children in need on the tv, the two presenters and little pudsey in the back, this inspiration for the nail design.

And guys  One Direction performed and did some presenting literally made my night!

And I couldn't resist to sneak just one more in sorry guys.

So yeah I hope you guys liked this weird mix of tutorial and my weird evening so yeah

Easy nail art for beginners DIY

I understand that people out there don't have all the special nail art tools so I have come up with some tutorials that you don't need any special tools for just things that can be found around your home.
This tutorial is using tape, every day normal sellotape.
This can be done with any colours you want I used green to go with the outfit I wore today but it is so easy to do.
I used a dotting tool for this tutorial but you can use a bobby pin (hair grip) or a cocktail stick.
So lets get started!

For this you will need tape, scissors, a white nail polish, a dotting tool or a bobby pin or cocktail stick, and a light shade and a dark shade of your chosen colour.

 Step 1

Paint on the light shade as your base colour, leave to dry properly.

 Step 2

Cut a piece of tape along the half way line and cover half your nail with tape.

 Step 3

Paint the darker shade on the side of the nail not covered by tape, don't be afraid to go onto the tape as this will create a better line.

 Step 4

Peel off the tape around 1 minute after applying the darker shade. Dip the dotting tool (or what ever you used) into the white nail polish, do dots along the line. when completely dry put on a top coat and your finished.

This is so easy and simple, it looks neat and professional, if you got this in a nail salon it would cost you between £15-£20 and you can do it in your own home with some simple house hold thing in less than 15 minuets and for hardly any money.

Remember to send me your versions and interpretations and any requests you have.

Bye have fun painting xxx

Autumn is here!

Its November which means Autumn is definitely upon us and winter is only a few weeks away, this means more layers and less time out doors.
Autumn is my favorite season, all the colours of the leaves on the ground, it is so picturesque.

These things just make autumn feel like autumn, when these come out of the wardrobe and cupboards everyone in my house knows its autumn.

This is my favourite autumn look at the moment, the reason I added a blazer is because the day I wore this i had to dress formally, but it could easily  be made casual with a leather jacket instead. I got the dress from New Look for only £14.99, it fits really nice and snug and the colours are dark with a hint of brightness just to add a some colour to the outfit. I suggest you try it on as I am quite petite but the size 6 was to tight so I had to opt for a size 8.

Warm jumpers and cardigans are a must have in these cold times, everyone needs that one jumper that they wear all the time for comfort and warmth this is mine, it is actually my mums but I 'borrowed' it..

Your feet get cold during the autumn and winter months so a pair of thermal socks or fluffy slippers is essential, I got mine from Primark for £1.50 a bargain, they are so cute and girly and keep my feet so toasty warm.

In the limited times you do go outside, it is important to keep warm, this is why I love my Super Dry coat, it is so thick and so warm, I don't know what I would do without it, because it is from Super Dry it is quite expensive at £69.99 but I have worn it almost every time I go out since I bought it so I have definitely got my moneys worth, well worth the buy!

In the cold months I love sitting by the fire, the heat coming from the flames heats up the whole room and it just makes me really happy, if I am lucky we even toast marshmallows, autumn is just the best.

I love Yankee candles, this one is by far my favorite, it is a really nice autumn fragrance.
It is an exotic blend of banana and vanilla with an unexpected addition of cinnamon  and clove. It is earthy and has a pleasing smell, I have a number of different Yankee candles and this is the perfect time of year to use them as they are very relaxing. They also have a special 25% of another one of my favorite autumn candle called Fire Side Treat, it smells of toasted marshmallows...mmmmm...

Comfort food in my case chocolate, it is nice to treat your self at this time of year, the cold weather and all the effort that goes into going outside, a small treat here and there really bumps up your energy and self esteem. For me there is nothing better than wrapped up in a blanket sitting by the fire eating a box of chocolates, sheer bliss!

I love my Primark py bottoms they are so warm and I would wear them outside if I could but I would look a bit weird. I got these in part of a set for something like £6, they come in many other colours and are perfect for lounging around at home in.

It is a true sign of Autumn when the Jack Wills catalog gets delivered. I use this as inspiration for looks as I can't actually afford anything in the catalog apart from a pair of socks.

And what would top of a perfect autumn evening well putting my onesie on of course, I got mine from Matalan for £12, it is super soft and fluffy and the pattern is so cute, it is quite baggy on me but that just adds something more, I feel more comfy.

I am not sure how this blog went, I am thinking of doing another Christmas one just let me know by giving me feed back.
